Sharlotte Ritchie
Sharlotte started her career in Communications at Paramount (then Viacom International Media Networks), covering international corporate PR, and press & red-carpet production on live events including the MTV EMAs and Isle of MTV. Alongside this, she co-chaired Paramount’s ERG championing the benefits of cultural diversity at work and sat on the cross-industry diversity steering committee. Sharlotte is now Senior Director, Global Impact & Communications at Universal Music Group where she has been for the last six years, supporting all markets outside of the US with social impact programming, stories, projects, and events. Prior to joining the Global Impact team, Sharlotte chaired the UK Task Force for Meaningful Change, UMG’s driving force for equality and social justice.
