Charles Ashcroft

Charles Ashcroft has been a Trustee of Universal Music UK Sound Foundation (formally known as EMI Music Sound Foundation) since 2008 and is a retired solicitor. From 1996 to 2007 he was General Counsel and Company Secretary of EMI. Before that he was a partner for 17 years in a firm of City solicitors where he specialized in corporate and financial services law.
